Our Story
VMX was founded in 2025 by three University graduates from Sweden who witnessed firsthand the challenges in finding high-quality, ethically-sourced voice datasets for AI training.
We saw a gap in the market: AI companies needed better voice data, and voice contributors deserved fair compensation and respect for their consent. We decided to build a bridge between these two worlds.
Today, VMX hosts over 50,000 verified speakers and 150,000+ hours of high-quality voice data across multiple languages and accents. We've become the trusted standard for ethical voice dataset sourcing.
